(Private)
Residents enjoy multiple parks and a dog park section. The parks have several shaded pavilions, picnic tables, and restrooms.
HISTORY
Originally the site of a now-defunct wastewater treatment plant previously serving the Original Carrollwood Community, this land was acquired in 1992 by the Carrollwood Recreation District pursuant to a majority vote of the residents. In 2010, an open-air pavilion with bathroom was constructed with other amenities.

PETS INSIDE ORIGINAL CARROLLWOOD PARK
This is the only facility in the Original Carrollwood Community that permits dogs. However, all dogs must remain on a leash, except when inside the Dog Run or Dog Park. Of course, owners are required to clean up after their pets. The “on leash” rule is a Hillsborough County ordinance and must be observed. The CRD Board enforces all dog rules for the health and safety of its residents. Warnings will be given in writing to residents not in compliance; repeat offenders may lose their park privileges.
